Students I included, a particular apartment for various reasons. There are three main things that many students consider when choosing a apartment, an inexpensiveness rent, the size of the room, and a good location.
One cause of an inexpensiveness rent. If the place where a rent is reasonable that many student choose that. Some dormitories and north facing room are very reasonable. My friend room is north facing. In this room, several thousand yen are lower than the room facing south
Second cause of the size of the room. My dormitory and my room are very large because originally it was single house. There is a little garden.
Last reason is a good location. The room in good environment is to be chosen by many students. For example, near the school, near the station, near a main street. on a quiet area, with a lot of nature, etc. My dormitory is on KOKOKUZI street; which is a main street and near the school, so it is good.
